Famous fondue mix, made from exceptional cheeses matured in the cellars, 2 servings, 400 g

Recipe, per person, count:

• 200g fondue mix
• a glass (1dl) of dry white wine, Chasselas grape variety
• 170g to 200g of bread, such as Basel bread with a nice crust, generous and well-risen crumb, cut into cubes
• according to taste: garlic, pepper and kirsch.
